Structural Design

Software Design
1. ST310 inverter control modes include:
– V/F mode
0: straight line V/F
1: Multi-stage V/F
2: 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, 2.0 powers
3: V/F separation method
2. Overload capacity: 150% for 60 sec, 180% for 10 sec, 200% for 0.5 sec.
3. The drives adopt a new software speed tracking algorithm, which have low impact on current and voltage when tracking, also have the accurate tracking speed.
4. Maximum frequency of 3000 Hz, can be used in different machines. They have been successfully applied to chemical, metallurgy, machine tools, woodworking, textile and many other industries.
Hardware Design
1. Full protection function. IGBT through protection, current abnormal protection, over-current and over-voltage protection etc.
2. Wide voltage design of input power supply, works normally between 300-480V AC.
Humanized Design
1. Multiple sets of motor parameters can be customized.
2. Provide parameters for four failure records.
3. The whole series is equipped with a 1/1 scale paper shell template for mounting holes, so as to realize more convenient and fast electrical cabinet installation.
4. The fan partition is pull-out and detachable, and the fan can be taken out directly, which is convenient for daily maintenance.
