MT Rack Electric Box

Project background:The MT material rack electric box is the control electric box for the discharge rack of the peripheral equipment of the punch press. In the past, most of the MT electric boxes were controlled by contactors, and the inverter control method was used to perfectly solve the problems such as non-adjustable speed and high motor failure rate.

Customer requirements:The low frequency torque is large, and the feeding start and stop is fast and stable.

Solution:Dingshen ST300 series inverters are used in MT electric boxes, and the low-frequency torque is expressed as5HZ torque 130%. When the start-stop speed is set to 0.5s, the operation is still very stable, and the speed is even and not stuck.
