Customer requirements:The spindle motor of the six-sided drill has a high running speed, which can reach 24000rpm. It has relatively high requirements for the high frequency control of the inverter. The start and stop time from 0 to 24000rpm needs to be within 3 seconds. Stable and efficient at the same time.

Solution:The excellent high-frequency control ability of Dingshen ST310 series inverter makes the current generated by the motor at high speed with low sound and good control effect in the weak magnetic area. When used with a braking resistor, the start-stop time of the high-speed spindle motor of the six-sided drill from 0-24000rpm can be shortened to 1-2s. The unique independent cooling air duct design effectively prevents dust such as sawdust from entering the inverter.
